A highly qualified real estate professional, John has extensive knowledge of direct and indirect real estate and finance projects in Europe and Asia. Prior to joining Colliers, John was MD Corporate Finance at DTZ and Head of Capital Markets at LSH. John has concluded over 30 transactions n the last three years ranging from major regeneration projects such as the SeAH facility in Teesside sold for £96m in 2023 to work for corporates on major transactions. In addition, John undertakes equity raising, recap deals and structured finance solutions for clients building their business through new joint ventures and funds. John heads a team of 50 who cover a range of property sectors as well as debt teams based in London and Jersey as well as a bespoke equity raring team who work with SME clients to provide capital solutions.
