Tom has 28 years’ experience in real estate and heads up Savills UK Science Group and works closely with Savills’ teams in other key science markets around the world. He has advised a wide range of lab occupiers, from SME’s such as Quell and Purespring, to large corporates such as Gilead Sciences and LifeArc, to deliver real estate strategies that realise their objectives. He also works for many of the leading investors, landlords and developers focused on this unique market, such as British Land, RLAM, Stanhope, Mitsui Fudosan, Nan Fung, OTPP, ARC Group, Kadans, Longfellow, Bruntwood SciTech, Aviva, Prologis, UBS and Reef Origin.
