Too often, young people are not aware of the range of careers available in the property industry. Regeneration Brainery plugs this gap, giving young people a leg up into the industry and businesses access to an exceptional talent pool.
The scheme boosts diversity in the industry, combats the lack of effective, hands-on work experience, increases job awareness, tackles the industry skills shortage and gives diverse young people opportunities to kickstart a career that suits their skills and aspirations.
