Tom Donnachie leads Amro Partners UK Living activities, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of assets across the full investment lifecycle. He is responsible for driving strategy, execution, and performance across Amro’s growing BTR, Co-living and PBSA portfolio, with a focus on delivering high-quality sustainable communities.

Before joining Amro in 2020, Tom was Transactions Director for Europe at Valeo Group, where he led PBSA acquisitions across key European markets and successfully closed a €450 million Iberian fundraise. He brings deep expertise in residential real estate investment, development and operation.

Tom holds a First-Class Honours degree in Property Investment and Finance from Nottingham Trent University.
