Huw Davies joined Jones Hargreaves as the Head of ESG in 2022. With more than 15 years’ experience in environment and sustainability fields, Davies has extensive knowledge in developing practical and technically robust solutions which reduce risk and add value across all types of commercial property assets and portfolios.

Davies leads the consultancy’s growing in-house sustainability team and previously held senior positions at Transport for Wales and Amey Consulting. His knowledge across both private and public sectors advising on environmental and energy management, sustainability, regulatory and governance means that he is well placed to advise investors, funds and asset managers on maximising value from ESG-focussed strategy to guide investment in commercial property.
