Nicola is National Head of Real Estate & Housing within the Business & Commercial Banking Relationship Management.

Nicola has a strong background in capital markets and acquisition finance. She has extensive experience in leading bespoke, multi-product deal teams that cater for her clients’ needs and has a particular interest in improving sustainability and access to housing.

The Real Estate teams work with a variety of clients supporting them with both investment and development financing and meeting their wider banking needs.
