Chief Executive of Radix UK since 2019, Ben is a political strategist, writer, broadcaster and policymaker. In 2021, he led the merger between Radix think tank and the Big Tent Ideas Festival and continues to have overall responsibility for Radix Big Tent’s growing programme to promote system renewal.

Former Chief of Staff and Campaign Director for then Liberal Democrat Leader, Tim Farron MP, Ben was also previously Chief Executive of the Movement for Reform Judaism. Prior to that he was a Partner at City Public Relations firm, Luther Pendragon, where he worked on urban renewal for British Gas Properties and Richard Rogers’ Urban Taskforce. He was the chief strategist behind the successful campaigns to bring about the first ever Prime Ministerial debate (working for Sky News) and the introduction of Equal Civil Partnerships to the UK.
