Lee is a Partner with 20 years' experience as a specialist Planning & Infrastructure Consents solicitor. His practice is particularly focused on regeneration and new settlement projects; major infrastructure and energy; logistics and data centre developments. Lee trained and worked at a global law firm for 11 years. He has notable experience across the full range of consents and on complex areas of environmental impact assessment law, Habitat Regulations and judicial review, each vital to the success of major projects. Lee has successfully led CPOs for various regeneration and infrastructure projects. In addition to advising on the promotion of applications, Lee works collaboratively with real estate colleagues and adds value on transactional matters, providing specialist input to development agreements conditional on planning, CPO, appropriation and related due diligence. Whilst Lee's practice is largely focussed on private sector developers, he has extensive experience of advising public bodies on major projects, which greatly assists his advice to applicants and enables Lee to anticipate issues, build trust and negotiate solutions.
